General Price Guide

CONTINENCE CLINIC PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES (Sarah)

  • This is for children who are new to Barwon Kids OR haven’t been seen for over 12 months.

    Initial appointments typically include 60 minutes of face-to-face time, plus up to 30 minutes of administration time.

    If the session goes beyond the standard 60 minutes, we will charge additional time on top in 15 minute increments.

    Cost:

    • $220 per hour (for private clients), OR

    • $183.99 per hour (for NDIS-funded)

    Additional non face-to-face services related to your child’s appointment (i.e. assessments, reports, letters etc) will also incur a fee for time spent completing these tasks. Please see below for guidance.

  • This is for children who have previously had an initial appointment in under 12 months.

    All standard review appointments typically include 35 minutes of face-to-face time, plus 10 minutes administration time (as needed).

    Cost (for 45mins):

    • $165 (for private clients), OR

    • $138 (for NDIS-funded clients)

    Additional non face-to-face services related to your child’s appointment (i.e. assessments, reports, letters etc) will also incur a fee for time spent completing these tasks. Please see below for guidance.

  • This is for children who require an appointment in the home or community setting (rather than the clinic).

    Home visits will include 60 minutes of face-to-face time and up to 30 minutes of administration, plus travel/non-labour costs (see below).

    Cost for face-to-face time:

    • $220 per hour (private)

    • $183.99 per hour for NDIS-funded

    Travel & Non-Labour Costs:

    • Cost for travel time will depend on your location. This will be billed at 50% of the hourly NDIS rate ($92/hour) to a maximum of 50% of the session duration (usually 30 minutes).

    • Non-labour costs will also include $0.99/km from the Barwon Kids clinic. This will cover the costs of fuel and car wear and tear for our staff.

  • In accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26, all Physiotherapy services (including non-face-to-face services) are billed at $183.99 per hour.

    This may include report writing, care plan management, exercise prescription/design, administrative tasks, communication with other team members, education and training, equipment assessment and recommendations.

    The total cost of non face-to-face services will depend on the time spent to complete these tasks. This will be discussed with you as part of your service agreement with your Physiotherapist.

    Please see below for a breakdown of some of these common services.

  • Please consult with your GP regarding an Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) to enable you to a Medicare rebate if eligible (see the FAQs tab for more information).

  • We do not have HICAPS on the premises, so you will be required to pay in full & then submit your own claim to your private health fund.

  • All Telehealth appointments are billed at the same rate as face-to-face. 

  • When booking online for Continence/Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, the appointment booking is the same for all private & NDIS clients.

DEVELOPMENTAL PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES (Phoebe)

  • Initial appointments typically include 60 minutes of face-to-face time, plus up to 30 minutes of administration time (as needed).

    If the session goes beyond the standard 60 minutes, we will charge additional time on top in 15 minute increments.

    Cost Per Hour:

    • $183.99

    Initial visits are completed in the clinic and subsequent appointments can be held in the home, school, kinder, community or our clinic.

    For Home or Community Visits
